Our offer has just been extended by a fully automatic station for connecting the beginning and end of the next coils. Devices of this type are used in lines where the continuity of the process is a very important factor. In combination with the strand accumulator, we get the possibility of uninterrupted production – a particularly important factor in the production of longitudinally welded / welded profiles.
Self-contained installation of the station in the profiling line allows for the elimination of the strand re-threading process, effectively reducing the line downtime. We also offer semi-automatic stations.
