Stages of the recruitment procedure at INSTEEL:

  1. Obtaining CVs

We always start the recruitment process by placing a job offer on our website and/or by placing an advertisement on job portals.

  1. Application selection

We analyse all the submitted applications in terms of compliance of the candidate’s professional profile with the requirements of the recruitment procedure. Our recruitment team thoroughly analyses the applications, selecting candidates that meet our expectations. Candidates selected as being compliant with the requirements established for the recruitment process are invited for an interview. We reserve the right to contact only those candidates qualified for the further recruitment process.

  1. Interview

The interview is always conducted by the head of the organisational unit and/or the director of the organisational division. In the case of the recruitment process for specialist positions, the candidate may be asked to perform tasks verifying his or her skills during the interview.

  1. Decision

Regardless of the outcome of the recruitment process and the final employment decisions, each of the candidates participating in the interview receives feedback on the outcome of the recruitment procedure.
